With the development of information technology and the improvement of the theory of business management , more and more enterprises regard customer and knowledge as important resource . they hope that the implementing of crm ( customer relationship management ) and km ( knowledge management ) would enhance their competitive force 隨著信息技術(shù)的發(fā)展與企業(yè)管理理論的發(fā)展,客戶與知識(shí)已被越來(lái)越多的企業(yè)作為重要企業(yè)資源來(lái)加以管理,企業(yè)希望能通過實(shí)施客戶關(guān)系管理與知識(shí)管理以提升企業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)實(shí)力。
In addition , there are other important issues to be addressed , such as how to represent formal knowledge and to markup logic formula for querying and inference in semantic w eb , and how to improve retrieving efficiency and accuracy of querying via ontology learning , and etc . as the web is thought as a popular distributed platform , into which more and more traditional applications are been transitioned , there are other two promising fields for applying and further developing concepts and methods of ke in semantic web worth paying attention to two fields : iii ( intelligent information integration ) and km ( knowledge management ) in the context of semantic web 這種發(fā)展過程在解決目前web面臨問題的同時(shí), ontology成熟技術(shù)和其他傳統(tǒng)技術(shù)如何成功地融入到web計(jì)算模式中至關(guān)重要。除了一些關(guān)鍵的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和技術(shù)外,如何在語(yǔ)義化web中表示形式化的知識(shí)、表示查詢公式實(shí)現(xiàn)查詢乃至推理功能、為提高查詢效率與準(zhǔn)確性進(jìn)行ontology學(xué)習(xí)等都是web語(yǔ)義化過程中的主要問題。在傳統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用向web計(jì)算環(huán)境遷移的同時(shí), ke技術(shù)應(yīng)用于語(yǔ)義化web最具前景的是智能信息集成和km 。
In order to implement strategic marketing smoothly , enterprises should establish km ( knowledge management ) system in strategic marketing . firstly puts up enterprises km mode , secondly discusses km operation patterns , then brings forward sm - kms ( strategic marketing - knowledge management system ) 為使戰(zhàn)略營(yíng)銷實(shí)施更為順暢,筆者認(rèn)為企業(yè)應(yīng)該建立戰(zhàn)略營(yíng)銷中的知識(shí)管理系統(tǒng),筆者從構(gòu)建企業(yè)知識(shí)管理模型入手,探討了企業(yè)知識(shí)管理的運(yùn)作模式,提出有關(guān)戰(zhàn)略營(yíng)銷中的知識(shí)管理系統(tǒng)? ? sm ? kms ( strategicmarketing ? knowledgemanagementsystem ) 。
